Britta is a result driven team player, who is able to bridge multicultural- and disciplinary differences. Her passion lies in science-based business, aligning excellent research with market needs and societal challenges. With a biological background and more than 20 years of practical experience Britta has gained a strong track record in supporting innovation driven public-private partnerships within the fields of global health, food safety & security, and renewable energy. During the years she gained extensive experience in steering the process of strategy and organizational development as well as strategic innovation management, advocacy and finance within complex multi-stakeholder environments. Through her energetic and pragmatic approach combined with strong analytical- and people skills, she challenges her clients and team members to join efforts and deliver hands-on solutions.

Chris is a hands-on consultant that flourishes in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments. With an international background, he can quickly grasp the dynamics and cultural differences within large consortia and successfully steer international science-based projects to reach their goals. His academic background lies in international public health, innovation management and business management. He also holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. During the years he gained extensive experience in strategy development, innovation roadmaps, financing strategies, non-dilutive funding, and equity financing. With a sound consulting career in the health- and life science sector, Chris has developed the experience and knowledge base to advise and support academic institutions, entrepreneurs, funders, and governments in reaching their short- and longer-term goals.
